01 5 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
02 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese, divided
03 1.25 millilitres onion powder
04 1.25 millilitres garlic powder
05 400 grams cooked white rice
06 305 grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
07 680 grams ground beef
08 120 millilitres whole milk
09 Salt and black pepper, adjust to preference

Instructions

Step 01

Set your oven to heat up to 175°C.

Step 02

Using a large pan on medium heat, cook the ground beef until you don’t see any pink left.

Step 03

Get rid of any leftover fat from the browned meat.

Step 04

Throw the cooked beef, rice, mushroom soup, milk, 100 grams of cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, plus your salt and pepper into a big bowl and stir them up.

Step 05

Spread the mixture nice and evenly in a 23 x 33 cm dish.

Step 06

Cover the top evenly with the remaining 50 grams of shredded cheese.

Step 07
