Chocolate Brownie Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1½ cups plain flour
02 - ½ teaspoon table salt
03 - 4 large eggs, at room temp
04 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 cups granulated sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

→ Add-ons & Finishings

07 - 1 cup M&M's candies, plus extra to sprinkle
08 - 1 cup white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment paper to line a 12-inch pizza pan or lightly grease it.
02 - Mix melted butter with sugar in a big bowl until it looks shiny. Crack in the eggs one by one, mixing each in well. Stir in the vanilla.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk the flour and salt together. Slowly add this to the wet mixture, stirring until it's just blended. Try not to overdo it.
04 - Use a spatula to fold in the white chocolate chips and M&M's (reserve a little extra for topping later). The mixture will be thick and fun!
05 - Spread the batter evenly into your prepared pan and smooth it out a bit. Bake it for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out almost clean with a few crumbs.
06 - Let it completely cool in the pan before you finish it off. Once it's cooled, sprinkle the leftover M&M’s on top, cut it up like pizza slices, and dig in!
