Turn your oven to 450°F and lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.

For smaller cups, pop in 2-3 tots. For bigger ones, use 4-5 tots each.

Bake the tots on the oven's bottom rack for around 10 minutes.

Squish the tots into cup shapes using a greased shot glass and bake another 15 minutes till crispy and golden.

Sprinkle cheese into each cup and pop them back in the oven for 4-5 minutes until gooey and melty.

Finish each one off with a dollop of sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions. Eat while warm!
