Crispy Potato Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A handful of frozen tater tots, about 48-60 pieces.
02 - 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - 4 slices of crispy cooked bacon, broken into bits.
05 - Two green onion tops, thinly sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F and lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.
02 - For smaller cups, pop in 2-3 tots. For bigger ones, use 4-5 tots each.
03 - Bake the tots on the oven's bottom rack for around 10 minutes.
04 - Squish the tots into cup shapes using a greased shot glass and bake another 15 minutes till crispy and golden.
05 - Sprinkle cheese into each cup and pop them back in the oven for 4-5 minutes until gooey and melty.
06 - Finish each one off with a dollop of sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions. Eat while warm!

# Notes:

01 - Make these in advance and warm up later.
02 - Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.
03 - Reheat at 350°F for best results.
