Set grill to low temp (300-325°F). For coals, use barely-hot ones and keep heat to one side.

Cut rolls horizontally in half while keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Put them on foil on a tray.

Layer the bottom half first with most of the chocolate chips, then lay marshmallows on top, and finish with the rest of the chocolate.

Move the foil-covered rolls onto the grill, close the lid, and let them warm up for 4-10 minutes until the chocolate and marshmallows are gooey.

Put the bun tops back on, brush them with butter, and sprinkle graham crumbs and salt over if you like. Enjoy while warm.
