S’mores Grilled Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/3 cups (8 ounces) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
02 - 2 cups (3 ounces) tiny marshmallows
03 - 1 (12-ounce) pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls

→ Extra Toppings

04 - Flaky sea salt (optional)
05 - 1 sheet of graham crackers, crushed into small crumbs
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Set grill to low temp (300-325°F). For coals, use barely-hot ones and keep heat to one side.
02 - Cut rolls horizontally in half while keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Put them on foil on a tray.
03 - Layer the bottom half first with most of the chocolate chips, then lay marshmallows on top, and finish with the rest of the chocolate.
04 - Move the foil-covered rolls onto the grill, close the lid, and let them warm up for 4-10 minutes until the chocolate and marshmallows are gooey.
05 - Put the bun tops back on, brush them with butter, and sprinkle graham crumbs and salt over if you like. Enjoy while warm.

01 - Tastes best if eaten fresh in under an hour
02 - A chocolate bar chopped into pieces works fine instead of chips
03 - Keep an eye on it to avoid burning
