Cut off the thick stems from the spinach leaves.

Rinse spinach twice in a basin or sink filled with water, then drain.

Use a salad spinner to get the leaves completely dry.

In a big frying pan, heat up the olive oil over medium-high temperature.

Toss in the garlic slices and stir until they are lightly browned.

Put the spinach into the pan, making sure it’s mixed well with the oil.
