Sauteed Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pound of fresh spinach, cleaned and trimmed.
02 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - Three cloves of garlic, thinly sliced.
04 - Pinch of salt for seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off the thick stems from the spinach leaves.
02 - Rinse spinach twice in a basin or sink filled with water, then drain.
03 - Use a salad spinner to get the leaves completely dry.
04 - In a big frying pan, heat up the olive oil over medium-high temperature.
05 - Toss in the garlic slices and stir until they are lightly browned.
06 - Put the spinach into the pan, making sure it’s mixed well with the oil.
07 - Put a lid on the pan and let it cook for about a minute.
08 - Give the spinach another stir, cover again, and let it cook for another minute.
09 - Remove any extra liquid and sprinkle over salt for flavoring.
