Red Velvet Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 3/4 cup of unsalted butter.
03 - 3 cups of white sugar.
04 - 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff.
05 - 3 tablespoons of red coloring for food.
06 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring.
07 - 2 cups of white chocolate morsels.
08 - 2/3 cup of half-and-half.

# Instructions:

01 - Put parchment paper in a 9x9 pan, leaving some extra hanging over the sides for easy lifting.
02 - In a bowl, blend the red food coloring with the chocolate chips and keep it off to the side.
03 - Melt butter in a big saucepan, stir in sugar and cream, and mix until the combo is smooth.
04 - Grab another bowl and mix your white chocolate chips with marshmallow fluff.
05 - Add the vanilla, marshmallow fluff, and white chocolate chips into the saucepan with the sugar mix. Stir until it's creamy.
06 - Pour half the white base into the bowl holding red-dyed chocolate chips. Stir quickly so it melts together.
07 - Place spoonfuls of both color mixes into the pan. Shake it lightly to even it out, then swirl with a small knife.
08 - Let the fudge firm up fully. Use the parchment's edges to lift it, then cut into bite-sized squares.

# Notes:

01 - Be fast when doing the swirls.
02 - Give enough time for it to cool before cutting.
