Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded.
02 - 1/2 cup mini slices of pepperoni.
03 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
04 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix.
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1 can (240 g) of pre-made biscuit dough, chilled.
07 - Pizza sauce or tomato marinara for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 190°C and place a sheet of baking paper on a tray.
02 - Using your hands or a rolling pin, press each biscuit flat into a small circle.
03 - Place some shredded cheese and pepperoni in the center of each flattened dough piece.
04 - Pull the sides up over the filling and press them together to seal tightly, creating a ball.
05 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and the Italian herb mix.
06 - Use a brush to spread the seasoned butter over the surface of each dough ball.
07 - Place the dough balls on the prepared tray, seam side down, and let them bake for 12-15 minutes or until they’re a golden brown color.
08 - Serve them while warm alongside some pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap pepperoni for chicken or vegetables if you'd like.
02 - Sealing the edges tightly avoids the filling leaking out.
03 - Uncooked balls can be kept frozen for up to two months.
04 - Try dipping alternatives like garlic butter or a creamy ranch sauce.
05 - Don’t overfill the dough to prevent them from splitting in the oven.
