Oreo Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 18 Oreo cookies, just the biscuit halves
02 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter (60g)

→ Filling

03 - 10.5 oz cream cheese, softened (300g)
04 - 1/3 cup white sugar (70g)
05 - 18 Oreo cream centers (from separated cookies)
06 - 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (150g)
07 - 10 Oreos, roughly chopped
08 - 3 whole Oreos (layers)

→ Chocolate Coating

09 - 5 oz milk chocolate (150g)
10 - 3.5 tablespoons heavy cream (50g)
11 - 3 Oreo cookies (decoration)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix crushed Oreos with the butter, then press it into a pan lined with parchment. Chill it until set.
02 - Softened cream cheese should be beaten smooth in a bowl. Blend in the Oreo cream centers.
03 - Whisk the heavy cream together with the sugar until soft peaks form in a separate dish.
04 - Carefully mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then add the chopped Oreos.
05 - Spread a portion of the mix over the crust. Add the whole Oreos, then finish with the rest of the filling. Smooth it out.
06 - Cover the dessert and leave it in the fridge overnight to firm up nicely.
07 - Warm the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir till silky, then let it cool slightly.
08 - Pour the ganache over the chilled dessert and spread evenly. Chill for another 30 minutes.
09 - Add halved Oreos on top. Slice it into bars, then dig in!
