Mix crushed Oreos with the butter, then press it into a pan lined with parchment. Chill it until set.

Softened cream cheese should be beaten smooth in a bowl. Blend in the Oreo cream centers.

Whisk the heavy cream together with the sugar until soft peaks form in a separate dish.

Carefully mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then add the chopped Oreos.

Spread a portion of the mix over the crust. Add the whole Oreos, then finish with the rest of the filling. Smooth it out.

Cover the dessert and leave it in the fridge overnight to firm up nicely.

Warm the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir till silky, then let it cool slightly.
