Mud Bars Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
02 - 30 Oreo cookies

→ Brownie Layer

03 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
04 - 1½ cups (187.5g) all-purpose flour
05 - ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, room temperature
06 - ⅓ cup (42g) unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla

→ Chocolate Mousse Layer

11 - ½ cup (62.5g) confectioners' sugar
12 - 16 ounces whipped topping, divided
13 - 1 package (3.9 ounces) dry instant chocolate pudding mix
14 - 1 jar (11.75 ounces) hot fudge topping
15 - 2 cups (490g) whole milk

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Crush Oreos into crumbs, saving ¼ cup for later. Stir the rest with your melted butter and press the mix tightly into the dish.
03 - Stir the dry stuff together. Whisk eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla until fluffy, then mix everything up. Spread it over the crust and bake for about 25-30 minutes, just until it's barely set.
04 - Mix milk, pudding mix, and sugar until it’s soft but set. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread it over the cool brownie base.
05 - Refrigerate for 1 to 1½ hours. Before serving, add hot fudge, the rest of the whipped topping, and the cookie crumbs you saved.
