Mint Chocolate Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100 grams of softened cream cheese.
02 - 85 grams of unsalted butter, at room temperature.
03 - A dash of peppermint flavoring.
04 - 300 grams of icing sugar.
05 - 80 grams of mini chocolate chips.
06 - 340 grams of dark chocolate, melted for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the butter, cream cheese, and peppermint until smooth.
02 - Gradually add the icing sugar to the mixture.
03 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand.
04 - Place the mixture in the fridge and leave it for 3 hours.
05 - Form the mixture into small balls about the size of a cherry.
06 - Refrigerate the shaped balls for another 3 hours.
07 - Dip the balls into the melted chocolate until fully covered.
08 - Let the coated treats cool on a sheet of baking paper.

01 - This recipe requires several rounds of chilling.
02 - If the mixture becomes too sticky, chill it again.
