Take about a tablespoon of dough, roll it into 1" balls, and press flat in the muffin cups. No need to shape into a 'cup,' just flatten!

Let the cookies bake for 10 minutes or until you see edges turn golden.

Press a bottle cap (like one from vanilla extract) into each cookie to make a 'cup.' Let them rest 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.

Whip the butter in your mixer till smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, then slowly mix in the milk or cream till it’s fluffy. Add food coloring if you'd like.

Pipe or spoon the frosting into each cookie cup once cooled. Sprinkle on some decorations if you want!
