04 - 2 cups flour
05 - 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

→ Buttercream Frosting

08 - 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
09 - 1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
11 - 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
12 - Sprinkles (optional)
13 - Food coloring (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and lightly coat 36 mini muffin tins with nonstick spray.
02 - Cream together the sugar and butter in a stand mixer until combined.
03 - Mix in the vanilla, egg, and almond extract (if using).
04 - Add the flour and baking powder and mix everything together.
05 - Take about a tablespoon of dough, roll it into 1" balls, and press flat in the muffin cups. No need to shape into a 'cup,' just flatten!
06 - Let the cookies bake for 10 minutes or until you see edges turn golden.
07 - Press a bottle cap (like one from vanilla extract) into each cookie to make a 'cup.' Let them rest 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
08 - Whip the butter in your mixer till smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, then slowly mix in the milk or cream till it’s fluffy. Add food coloring if you'd like.
09 - Pipe or spoon the frosting into each cookie cup once cooled. Sprinkle on some decorations if you want!

# Notes:

01 - Ready-made dough and frosting can be swapped in.
02 - Great for all kinds of celebrations!
03 - Use a bottle cap to shape the 'cups.'
