Mediterranean Olive Oil Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (adjust if needed)
02 - Zest from 1 lemon
03 - 1 teaspoon sumac
04 - 2 teaspoons crushed chili flakes
05 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed
06 - 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
08 - 1 tablespoon finely diced Kalamata olives
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped sundried tomatoes
10 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
12 - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl or wide dish, mix the olive oil, balsamic, Parmesan, sundried tomatoes, olives, rosemary, thyme, garlic, chili, sumac, and lemon zest together.
02 - Give it a good stir until everything's blended. Add more salt if you think it needs it.
03 - Pour the mix into a serving bowl if you want to be fancy, or just leave it as is. Serve it up with warm bread for the ultimate starter.
