Use a 9×13 dish and line the bottom with a layer of ice cream sandwiches, cutting them into smaller pieces as needed to fully cover the bottom.

Take half of the thawed Cool Whip (8 ounces) and spread it over the ice cream sandwiches. Pour some caramel sauce on top—about half of the jar.

Place another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top, trimming as you go to ensure everything lays evenly.

Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over the top, drizzle the rest of the caramel, and scatter the chopped Symphony Bars, mini M&Ms, and sprinkles as the final touch.

Pop it in the freezer for at least two hours. Then slice it up and dig in.
