Hummus Chicken Naan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Essentials

01 - 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
02 - 4 naan bread pieces
03 - 4 tbsp of feta or goat cheese (full-fat)
04 - 1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
05 - 4 cups spring mix greens

→ Fresh Veggies

06 - 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
07 - 1/2 cup diced, peeled red onion
08 - 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, sliced, then quartered
09 - 1/4-1/3 cup red wine vinaigrette (homemade)

→ Toppings

10 - A drizzle of extra olive oil
11 - Pinches of sea salt and black pepper
12 - 1.5 tsp extra vinaigrette for each wrap

# Instructions:

01 - Put the naan under the broiler on low. Toast for 3-5 minutes, flipping once until golden.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss veggies (cucumber, onion, tomatoes) with the vinaigrette.
03 - Take the naan, spread hummus on top, toss in shredded chicken, then some greens, and finish with the veggie mix and crumbled cheese.
04 - Before serving, drizzle on some olive oil, a bit of vinaigrette, then sprinkle salt and pepper. Serve right away or tie it up to go.
