Hot Chocolate Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups milk to pair.
02 - 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix.
03 - 18-24 small marshmallows.
04 - Sprinkles if you want.
05 - 12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Start by melting 8 oz of chocolate to 100°F using a double boiler. Take it off the heat, then mix in the rest of the chocolate until it cools between 88-91°F.
02 - Coat molds or cupcake liners with chocolate using a brush. Let it dry, put on another coat, and wait until they're fully set.
03 - In half of the shells, toss in the cocoa mix, marshmallows, and some sprinkles if you'd like.
04 - Brush chocolate along the edges to join the two shells together, or add more chocolate to cover filled cupcake liners.
05 - Use gloves to avoid smudges, and finish with sprinkles or a drizzle if you'd like.
06 - Pop a bomb into steaming milk. Stir it all together once it melts.

# Notes:

01 - Keep track of the chocolate's temperature.
02 - Cupcake liners work just as well as molds.
03 - Use gloves to keep them clean while handling.
