# Ingredients:

01 - 180 g quick oats
02 - 240 ml smooth peanut butter, no added sugar
03 - 80 ml melted coconut oil
04 - 80 ml natural honey
05 - 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
06 - 10 ml vanilla flavor

→ Topping Chocolate

07 - 80 g dark chocolate morsels
08 - 5 ml liquid coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Start by putting peanut butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in a big pan on medium heat. Mix constantly to melt everything into a smooth mixture.
02 - Move the pan off the stove. Pour in the honey and vanilla and stir until it's all one smooth blend.
03 - Add quick oats into the mixture. Stir well to evenly coat every bit of the oats.
04 - Put the whole pan in the fridge for half an hour so the mix can thicken.
05 - Scoop the chilled dough and roll it into round cookie shapes. Place them neatly on a tray lined with parchment.
06 - Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts, stirring often until everything is silky and melted.
07 - Drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie to give it a shiny topping.
08 - Refrigerate the completed cookies on the tray for an hour to firm them up before eating.
