Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted.
02 - 1 tablespoon molasses, dark or light.
03 - 1 cup butter, softened up.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - Spices: ginger, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg.
06 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, fine-grain.
08 - Extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F and put parchment on your baking sheets.
02 - Whisk butter until creamy, then add sugar, vanilla, spices, salt, and molasses. Stir flour in until the dough comes together.
03 - Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets.
04 - Let them cook for 10–12 minutes till bottoms are just starting to turn light brown.
05 - While cookies are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar. Let them cool off fully, then coat them with sugar again.

# Notes:

01 - Keep mixing until the dough holds together.
02 - Dust cookies in sugar right after baking.
03 - Double sugar coating makes them prettier.
