Take a fork and lightly press down on the raspberries and blackberries until they're a bit crushed but still chunky.

Mix the crushed berries with the strawberry yogurt and almond milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth and everything's blended.

Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays, filling them about three-quarters up. Then pop them in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until they’re firm.

When frozen, gently push the yogurt bites out of the trays and move them into a freezer-safe bag or container with a good seal.
