Frozen Yogurt Berry Snack (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup blackberries
02 - 1/2 cup raspberries
03 - 2 tablespoons almond milk
04 - 12 ounces strawberry yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Take a fork and lightly press down on the raspberries and blackberries until they're a bit crushed but still chunky.
02 - Mix the crushed berries with the strawberry yogurt and almond milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth and everything's blended.
03 - Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays, filling them about three-quarters up. Then pop them in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until they’re firm.
04 - When frozen, gently push the yogurt bites out of the trays and move them into a freezer-safe bag or container with a good seal.

# Notes:

01 - To avoid freezer burn, make sure your storage container is made for the freezer.
02 - Switch things up by using other types of berries or flavored yogurts for a fun twist.
