Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup blackberries
02 - 12 ounces of strawberry yogurt
03 - 2 tablespoons of almond milk
04 - 1/2 cup raspberries

# Instructions:

01 - Use a fork to lightly press and break up the blackberries and raspberries, leaving small chunks for texture.
02 - Mix the broken-down berries, almond milk, and strawberry yogurt in a bowl. Stir until it’s all blended smoothly without lumps.
03 - Evenly pour the mixture into the spots of an ice cube tray, filling each one about three-quarters full. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until they are totally firm.
04 - Once firm, carefully push the frozen yogurt cubes out of the tray and store them in a freezer bag or container that seals tightly.

01 - For longer lasting freshness, make sure your freezer-safe container protects against freezer burn.
