04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (you can skip it if you want).
05 - Chocolate, melted, for dipping or drizzling on top (optional).
# Instructions:
01 - Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with parchment. Leave it aside for now.
02 - In a big bowl, use a handheld mixer to blend the butter and peanut butter till smooth. Toss in the powdered sugar and vanilla (if you're using it) and mix again till it's all combined. Scrape the bowl's edges now and then so nothing's left behind.
03 - Roll the mix into balls about the size of a tablespoon and drop them on the baking sheet. Let them chill for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
