Easter MM Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet of yellow cake mix (430g)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
04 - 1/3 cup sunflower oil
05 - 1 cup of French chocolate candies (like Smarties)
06 - 1 cup of dark chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 177°C (350°F). Grab a 23×33 cm baking dish, and spray it lightly with a nonstick spray so things don’t stick.
02 - Take a big bowl and mix the yellow cake mix, eggs, vanilla, and oil until you’ve got a thick and sticky batter. Gently stir in Smarties (or French-style chocolate candies) and dark chocolate pieces until it’s all spread evenly in the dough.
03 - Scoop the dough into your greased pan and spread it out smoothly with a spatula. Bake it in your heated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the top edges turn golden and the center feels just done. Keep an eye out to avoid overcooking and keep them soft!
04 - Let your cookie bars cool all the way down in the dish before slicing them up. Once they’re cool, cut into pieces and dig in!
