Put eggs in a small pan, cover them with cold water, and bring to a boil. Take them off the heat, cover the pot, and wait 9 minutes. Move the eggs to icy water, peel once cool, and set them aside.

Cook the bacon in a pan on medium heat until crispy. Let it drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Slice eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out yolks into a bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, capers, dill, and chives. Mash it all up evenly, then fill egg whites with this mixture.

Place one piece of cooked bacon on half of the filled eggs (break bacon pieces if needed). Add a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top. Cover with the remaining eggs, then secure them with a toothpick.

Right before serving, sprinkle fresh dill and everything bagel seasoning on top.
