Butterfinger Crunch Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of caramel bits or soft caramels.
02 - 1½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
03 - ½ cup of melted unsalted butter.
04 - 1½ cups of crushed graham crackers.
05 - ¼ cup of white sugar.
06 - 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
07 - 1 cup of crumbled Butterfinger bars.
08 - 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
09 - Add extra Butterfinger chunks for a topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir sugar, crumbs, and butter together, then spread it out in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment. Pop it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
02 - Heat the caramels with cream until smooth, then pour that over the crust.
03 - Scatter the crumbled Butterfinger pieces all over the caramel layer.
04 - Melt the chocolate chips and butter together, then spread this mixture across the entire surface.
05 - Let it cool at room temp for half an hour, then chill it in the fridge for two hours.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fine at room temp for 5 days.
02 - Lasts about a week in the fridge.
03 - Line with parchment paper to make lifting easier.
