# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium jalapeño pepper, chopped and seeds removed
02 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
03 - 1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped finely
04 - 2 cups cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and finely chopped

→ Herbs

05 - 4 1/2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
06 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
07 - 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped small

→ Dressing

08 - 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
11 - 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
12 - 1/4 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)

→ For Serving

13 - Crispy tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, toss together cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, jalapeño, and cilantro until everything’s evenly mixed.
02 - Use another bowl to whisk the sour cream, lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, and seasoned salt until the mixture turns smooth.
03 - Drizzle the sour cream mixture over your veggies and herbs.
04 - Carefully fold all the ingredients to coat them well without squishing the veggies.
05 - Grab some tortilla chips and dig in right away.

# Notes:

01 - Removing the seeds from the cucumbers stops extra liquid from making the mix too runny.
