Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Roughly one and a half cups of regular milk or half-and-half
02 - 2-3 heaping spoons of all-purpose flour
03 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely diced
04 - A few spoonfuls of olive oil

→ Seasonings

05 - A small dash (1/4 tsp) of black pepper
06 - A quarter teaspoon of dried oregano
07 - 1/4 tsp of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Add some olive oil to your pan and get it warm over medium heat.
02 - Toss in the chopped garlic and stir. Let it sizzle for around 3 minutes until it smells great.
03 - Sprinkle the flour (begin with 2 spoonfuls) into the pan. Quickly stir in the oregano, salt, and pepper.
04 - Pour the milk or half-and-half all at once while you whisk like crazy. Stir for about 3 minutes until it's bubbling and thick.

# Notes:

01 - Need it thicker? Mix a little more flour with milk until it's smooth and whisk that into the cooking sauce.
02 - This works great on pizza, pasta, or other dishes!
