Line an 8x8 pan with parchment crossing over the edges and grease it lightly.

Slowly heat the white chocolate with the condensed milk using a double boiler till smooth.

Mix in the orange zest, orange extract, and most of the cranberries. Keep a little bit aside for topping.

Pour into the prepared pan and even it out. Sprinkle the leftover zest and cranberries on top.

Pop it into the fridge for at least four hours or leave it overnight.

Lift it using the parchment and chop into squares.
