Cranberry Orange Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup dried cranberries.
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
03 - Zest from two oranges.
04 - 24 oz white chocolate chips.
05 - One teaspoon of orange extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 pan with parchment crossing over the edges and grease it lightly.
02 - Slowly heat the white chocolate with the condensed milk using a double boiler till smooth.
03 - Mix in the orange zest, orange extract, and most of the cranberries. Keep a little bit aside for topping.
04 - Pour into the prepared pan and even it out. Sprinkle the leftover zest and cranberries on top.
05 - Pop it into the fridge for at least four hours or leave it overnight.
06 - Lift it using the parchment and chop into squares.

01 - Keep stored in the fridge.
02 - Heat gently only.
03 - Stick to dried cranberries only.
