Crack Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g of cream cheese, softened
02 - 28g sachet of ranch sauce mix
03 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
04 - 2 teaspoons of onion powder
05 - 80ml of finely chopped spring onions
06 - 350g of cooked chicken, shredded
07 - 340g of crispy bacon bits
08 - 2 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese, split
09 - 12 soft brioche buns (like French milk bread rolls)
10 - 90g of melted butter
11 - 2 tablespoons of fresh parmesan cheese, grated
12 - 2 teaspoons of minced fresh chives

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 175°C and lightly grease a 23x33cm baking dish.
02 - In a heavy pot on medium flame, melt the cream cheese until smooth.
03 - Mix in the ranch powder, onion seasoning, and black pepper.
04 - Combine the prepared spring onions, shredded chicken, bacon pieces, and 1 cup cheddar.
05 - Line the bottom halves of your brioche rolls into the baking dish.
06 - Spoon and spread that creamy chicken mixture over the lined rolls.
07 - Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly across the top.
08 - Place the top brioche buns over the filling mixture.
09 - Brush melted butter all over the tops of the buns.
10 - Scatter the parmesan cheese and chives across the buttery tops.
11 - Cover with foil, bake for 25 minutes, then bake uncovered another 5-8 minutes until golden.
