Crack Burger Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Patty

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
05 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled
06 - 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream
08 - Any neutral cooking oil

→ Toppings and Sauce

09 - 3 buns
10 - Lettuce leaves (optional)
11 - Slices of tomato
12 - 3 tablespoons mayo
13 - 1 tablespoon chili sauce (Western style)
14 - 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl and toss in the patty ingredients. Blend it all together gently, so you don’t mash the meat too much.
02 - Get your griddle or a cast-iron skillet heated up nice and hot. Drizzle a bit of neutral oil and place the patties in. Handle them with care—they're tender. Flip midway and cook till it’s done how you like.
03 - While the patties are sizzling, grab a small bowl. Mix the mayo, mustard, and chili sauce until smooth. Put it aside for later.
04 - Toast the buns till they’re golden brown. You can use a toaster or pop them on the griddle.
05 - Swipe some sauce on the buns. Place a patty on top, add lettuce, tomato, and the other half of the bun. Dig in right away.
