Seafood Stuffed Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 big bell peppers (any kind you like)

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
04 - ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
05 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped small
07 - 1 cup flaked crab meat, cooked

→ Seasonings

08 - ½ teaspoon paprika powder
09 - 2 finely diced green onions
10 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
11 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped small
12 - salt and pepper, add to your liking
13 - ¼ teaspoon optional cayenne for heat
14 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oven to 375°F. Cut off pepper tops and remove the seeds inside. Pour olive oil over them, then place them in a dish for the oven.
02 - Blend cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella until smooth. Stir in shrimp, crab, garlic, green onions, parsley, and spices until evenly mixed.
03 - Divide seafood mix among the peppers. Wrap dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
04 - Take off the foil and broil for about 3-5 minutes till tops are golden brown. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use any shade of bell pepper you prefer
02 - Both fresh or pre-cooked seafood works well
03 - Adjust heat by adding more or less cayenne
