Swirled Holiday Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, split.
02 - 3 cups of white chocolate chips, separated.
03 - Green food coloring gel.
04 - Red food coloring gel.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment, give it a good coat of nonstick spray.
02 - Separate the chocolate chips into 3 bowls, each getting 6 tablespoons of condensed milk.
03 - Mix red gel into one bowl, green in another, and leave the last bowl plain.
04 - Heat each bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave, stir it, and zap again for 15 seconds if needed until smooth.
05 - Spoon random scoops of each color into the pan here and there.
06 - Drag a knife top-to-bottom and side-to-side to make a marbled effect.
07 - Stick it in the fridge for 2-3 hours until it firms up, then slice it up.

# Notes:

01 - Gel coloring works better than the liquid kind.
02 - Avoid mixing the colors too much.
03 - Keep it stored in the fridge.
