Chocolate Covered Pretzels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 340g dark chocolate chips
02 - 340g white chocolate chips
03 - 72 small pretzel twists

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a baking tray with some parchment paper.
02 - Heat the dark chocolate in short bursts.
03 - Submerge half of each pretzel into the melted dark chocolate.
04 - Shake off any extra chocolate and set it on the prepared tray.
05 - Follow the same process with the white chocolate.
06 - Drizzle any leftover chocolate across the tops of the pretzels.
07 - Chill them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with high-quality white chocolate for better results.
02 - Make sure to shake off extra chocolate carefully.
03 - Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
04 - Store them in the fridge to keep them fresh.
