01 - 1/4 cup of banana peppers from a jar, either mild or spicy, chopped small
02 - 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced green onion pieces
03 - 1/4 cup of diced celery stalks, cut finely
04 - 1/4 cup pieces of red onion, chopped into small chunks
05 - 1/2 cup low-fat (2%) cottage cheese
06 - 1 cup of shredded, finely sliced rotisserie chicken

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder spice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of sharp Dijon or tangy mustard
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cracked fresh pepper paired with regular table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cottage cheese together in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, mix the smooth dressing into the chicken, celery, banana peppers, red onion, and green onion. Check the taste, tweak the seasoning if needed, and serve right away or keep chilled until later.
