Grab the bread and roll it flat with a rolling pin until it's super thin and pliable. Set aside when done.

Combine the chicken, onions, peppers, garlic powder, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper in a big mixing bowl.

Spoon some of the chicken mixture onto each piece of flattened bread.

Roll the bread tightly over the filling. If needed, secure each roll with a toothpick.

Add olive oil to a big pan and warm it over medium-high heat.

Dip the bread rolls into the beaten egg to coat them, and place them in the pan. Be sure to give each roll its space.

Let each side cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bread turns a lovely golden brown.

Before serving, let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes.
