Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper to stop sticking.

In a big bowl, throw in the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir it up until everything's properly blended.

Grab a small handful of the mix, press it flat in your palm, pop some cheddar cheese in the middle, then wrap the meat around the cheese into a ball. Set it on the baking sheet. Keep doing this with all the meat and cheese.

In a little bowl, stir mustard and ketchup together. Brush this saucy mix onto the top of each meatball bite.

Pop the tray in the oven and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and have a nice, caramelized look on top.
