Stuffed Meatloaf Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up small
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1 pound of ground beef
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1 tiny onion, diced fine
08 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
09 - 1/4 cup milk
10 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
11 - 1/2 cup ketchup
12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper to stop sticking.
02 - In a big bowl, throw in the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir it up until everything's properly blended.
03 - Grab a small handful of the mix, press it flat in your palm, pop some cheddar cheese in the middle, then wrap the meat around the cheese into a ball. Set it on the baking sheet. Keep doing this with all the meat and cheese.
04 - In a little bowl, stir mustard and ketchup together. Brush this saucy mix onto the top of each meatball bite.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and have a nice, caramelized look on top.
06 - Sprinkle some chopped parsley over the bites before serving to make them look extra nice.
