Cheesy Keto Pepperoni Bites (Print Version)

01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
02 - 7 oz pepperoni slices
03 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped (for topping)
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1/4 tsp optional red pepper flakes
07 - 1 tsp Italian spice blend
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
09 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven heating up to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Stir together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and the optional flakes of red pepper in a bowl. Keep mixing till it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop a little of your cheese mix onto a pepperoni slice, then press another slice on top to sandwich it.
04 - Spread the bites out on a lined baking tray, making sure they aren’t too close together.
05 - Let them bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pepperoni turns crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
06 - After pulling them out, give them a few minutes to cool off. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy with some warm marinara sauce.
