Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 2 cups cooked chicken, pulled apart
05 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - 1/4 cup sour cream

→ Wraps

10 - 1 cup mixed greens for crunch
11 - Drizzle of olive oil
12 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the shredded chicken, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper all together in a big bowl. Stir until everything's mixed up nicely.
02 - Place a tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Scoop a quarter of the chicken filling into the middle, leaving some space around the edges. Sprinkle some mixed greens on top for texture. Fold the edges in, roll it up tight from the bottom, and make sure it holds together.
03 - Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a touch of olive oil and place the wraps seam-side down into the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip carefully and do the same for the other side.
04 - Take the wraps out of the pan and let them sit for a minute before cutting them in half.
