# Ingredients:

→ Bean Blend

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 (16 oz) can of refried beans
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 cup chunky salsa
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Tortilla Filling

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch size)
09 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
10 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F and grab a baking sheet. Cover it with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, mix beans, salsa, diced onions, and the spices. Taste, then shake in more salt if needed.
03 - Toss shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack in a bowl so it's evenly mixed.
04 - Put 1/4 cup of cheesy goodness and 1/2 cup of bean filling on a tortilla. Fold the bottom, wrap the sides, and roll it up tight.
05 - Lay your burritos on the parchment-lined sheet and pop them into the oven for 12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - You can toast these in a skillet instead of baking.
02 - Pair them with guacamole, sour cream, or a spicy salsa.
03 - Feel free to stick to just one type of cheese if that's your thing.
