Cheesecake Bites Strawberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
02 - 4 oz white almond bark (optional, for decoration)
03 - 12 oz pink candy wafer melts
04 - 15.25 oz strawberry-flavored cake mix

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave the dry cake mix for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat. Let it cool down all the way.
02 - Use a mixer to whip the cream cheese smooth (2ish minutes). Gradually add the cooled cake mix and blend until combined.
03 - Wrap the mixture up tightly and pop it in the fridge for a couple hours.
04 - Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture, roll into balls by hand, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
05 - Dip each ball into the melted candy, then drizzle with almond bark if you'd like. Cool in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Let cream cheese soften beforehand
02 - The uncoated bites can be chilled overnight
03 - Cake mix needs to be cooked first
