Microwave the dry cake mix for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat. Let it cool down all the way.

Use a mixer to whip the cream cheese smooth (2ish minutes). Gradually add the cooled cake mix and blend until combined.

Wrap the mixture up tightly and pop it in the fridge for a couple hours.

Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture, roll into balls by hand, and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Dip each ball into the melted candy, then drizzle with almond bark if you'd like. Cool in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
