Place peanut butter, salt, and butterscotch chips in a big bowl that’s safe for the microwave.

Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, giving it a stir halfway through.

If it's not melted enough, pop it back in for 20-second intervals until it’s mostly smooth.

Throw in the peanuts and chow mein noodles.
