Tomatoes and Basil Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Thinly sliced baguette, crackers, or pita chips
02 - 2 tablespoons reduction or glaze made from balsamic vinaigrette
03 - ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
04 - ½ cup chopped tomatoes
05 - 6.5 oz herbed soft cheese, like Boursin or Alouette

# Instructions:

01 - Put a layer of the herbed soft cheese at the center of a platter or plate, leaving about a ¼ inch all around for a clean look.
02 - Add chopped tomatoes evenly across the cheese layer. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top.
03 - Drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze on the plate, going back and forth until it looks nice. You don't need too much to pack a punch.
04 - Pair it with crackers, pita chips, or baguette slices for a great starter dish.

# Notes:

01 - You can usually find balsamic glaze in the grocery store near vinegar or salad dressings. Trader Joe's has a tasty one.
