Blueberry Muffin Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of blueberries, fresh or frozen.
02 - 1 tablespoon of coarse sugar for sprinkling on top.
03 - 1/2 cup of softened, unsalted butter.
04 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup of sugar.
06 - 1 cup of milk.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
10 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch loaf pan with non-stick baking spray.
02 - In a medium dish, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy.
03 - Add the eggs one at a time, then pour in the vanilla and milk. Stir well.
04 - Slowly mix in the flour, salt, and baking powder until everything's smooth.
05 - Softly mix in the blueberries so they don't burst.
06 - Spread the batter in the pan and sprinkle the top with coarse sugar.
07 - Pop it in the oven for 65 to 75 minutes if you're doing a big loaf, or 30 to 40 minutes for smaller ones.

# Notes:

01 - Both fresh and frozen blueberries will work great.
02 - Let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
03 - Try making smaller loaves instead of one big one!
