# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tin (400 g) of exotic fruit mix, drained (chunky tropical preferred).
02 - 1 tin (225 g) of crushed pineapple, liquid removed.
03 - 1 can (600 g) of cherry filling for pies.
04 - 2 big bananas, cut into slices.
05 - 1 tin (397 g) of sweetened condensed milk.
06 - 230 g of crème fraîche.
07 - 1 tub (230 g) of Chantilly cream, defrosted.
08 - Optional: 1 mug of fresh strawberries, tops removed and cut up.
09 - Optional: 1 mug of fresh blueberries.
10 - Optional: 2 kiwis, skin removed and diced.

# Instructions:

01 - In a spacious mixing bowl, stir together the Chantilly cream, condensed milk, and crème fraîche until the texture is velvety and smooth.
02 - Toss the fruit mix, pineapple pieces, cherry pie filling, and banana slices into the creamy base. Mix gently to make everything even.
03 - If you're including the optional fresh fruits, fold them in carefully now, dispersing them thoroughly.
04 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a snug-fitting lid. Pop it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours so everything blends beautifully.
