04 - About 375ml of chunky-style salsa.
05 - One can of diced tomatoes, roughly 400g.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 200°C to ensure the right baking heat.
02 - In a big pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef fully, ensuring there’s no pink left.
03 - Thoroughly remove any oily residue from the browned beef to avoid a greasy dish.
04 - Use a food processor to blitz the diced tomatoes until perfectly smooth.
05 - Pour the drained kidney beans into a 23x33cm baking dish without greasing it.
06 - Combine the cooked beef with the pureed tomatoes directly in the baking dish.
07 - Mix in the salsa and chili powder until everything is nicely combined.
08 - Ensure the mixture is spread out flat across the baking dish.
09 - Generously sprinkle the grated cheddar over the entire dish.
10 - Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
11 - Pop it into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until everything is hot.
12 - Take the foil off and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes till the cheese is golden brown.
