Beat butter and powdered sugar to make it creamy.

Mix the egg and almond extract into the butter blend.

Carefully stir the dry ingredients into the butter mix till it's smooth.

Cut the croissants open in half and coat them with syrup.

Spoon about 2.5 tablespoons of frangipane into each croissant.
