Cheesy Onion Crisps Festive (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 large onions, cut into thin slices
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 eggs, whisked
07 - 1 cup bread crumbs
08 - 1 cup milk
09 - 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
10 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, sharp and shredded
11 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add a light coating of olive oil to keep things from sticking.
02 - Stir the flour, salt, and pepper together in one big bowl. In a different bowl, combine eggs and milk until they're well blended.
03 - Start by dipping each onion slice into the flour combo. After that, dunk it in the egg blend, then cover it with a mix of breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan.
04 - Lay the onion slices on the prepared baking tray without overlapping them. Drizzle a little olive oil on top to make them extra crispy. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until they turn golden and crunchy.
05 - Take the onions out of the oven and sprinkle parsley on top for a fresh look. Serve them hot and dig into their cheesy, comforting crunch.

# Notes:

01 - Packed with cheesy and savory flavors, these crispy onion bites are crunchy enough to steal the show at any party or gathering!
