Avalanche Cookies No Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
02 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
03 - 16 ounces white chocolate for melting
04 - 2 cups small marshmallows
05 - 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter

# Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and put it aside for now.
02 - Warm up the white chocolate for melting by following the directions on the package.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate into a big bowl and stir it together with the smooth peanut butter.
04 - Add the Rice Krispies, small marshmallows, and most of the mini chocolate chips (save some for later). Give it all a good stir.
05 - Spoon the mixture onto your prepared tray in separate mounds. Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips on top of each one.
06 - Let the cookies chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes until they're firm.

# Notes:

01 - Pick white chocolate labeled for melting, like candy melts or white almond bark, to get a silky result.
02 - Don’t burn the chocolate—use short microwave bursts or a double boiler for even melting.
03 - Store the cookies in a sealed container. Use wax paper between layers so they don’t stick together.
