Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and put it aside for now.

Warm up the white chocolate for melting by following the directions on the package.

Pour the melted chocolate into a big bowl and stir it together with the smooth peanut butter.

Add the Rice Krispies, small marshmallows, and most of the mini chocolate chips (save some for later). Give it all a good stir.

Spoon the mixture onto your prepared tray in separate mounds. Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips on top of each one.

Let the cookies chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes until they're firm.
