Use a grinder to turn the strawberries into powder. Remove any seeds by sifting. No need to do this if you've got pre-made powder.

Gently heat cream till you see it steaming. Partly melt the chocolate in another bowl.

Drizzle the warm cream over your chocolate. Let it sit a couple minutes, then stir till you get a smooth mix. Stir in the strawberry powder.

Cool the ganache in the fridge for 3 hours till it's firm. Roll it into little balls, then stick it back in the fridge.

Melt the white chocolate for the coating. Dip the cold balls in, and let the extra drip off.

Sprinkle tiny bits of crushed strawberries on top before the chocolate hardens. Chill for 30 minutes.
