White Strawberry Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150g white chocolate for coating.
02 - 15g freeze-dried strawberries.
03 - 250g white chocolate.
04 - 80ml heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a grinder to turn the strawberries into powder. Remove any seeds by sifting. No need to do this if you've got pre-made powder.
02 - Gently heat cream till you see it steaming. Partly melt the chocolate in another bowl.
03 - Drizzle the warm cream over your chocolate. Let it sit a couple minutes, then stir till you get a smooth mix. Stir in the strawberry powder.
04 - Cool the ganache in the fridge for 3 hours till it's firm. Roll it into little balls, then stick it back in the fridge.
05 - Melt the white chocolate for the coating. Dip the cold balls in, and let the extra drip off.
06 - Sprinkle tiny bits of crushed strawberries on top before the chocolate hardens. Chill for 30 minutes.

01 - Keep an eye on the temperature.
02 - Pop in the fridge between steps.
03 - Work fast when dipping into chocolate.
