White Rocky Road (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb white chocolate.
02 - 2 cups mix-ins, total.
03 - Dried apricots.
04 - Mini marshmallows with bright colors.
05 - Soft jelly candy.
06 - Pistachios or any nuts you like.
07 - Dried cherries.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab an 8x8 or 9x9 pan, cover it with parchment, leaving some paper on the sides. Cut up bigger stuff from your mix-ins.
02 - Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at first, then go with 15-second rounds, stirring after each until nice and smooth.
03 - Mix in the fruit, candies, nuts, and marshmallows. If stuff is sticky, break it up while mixing.
04 - Pour everything into the lined pan, and let it sit for 3-4 hours at room temp or stick it in the fridge to firm up.
05 - Pull it out using the parchment paper, and cut it into pieces while it's still a little warm.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the mix-ins however you want.
02 - Don’t rush the chocolate melting!
03 - Cut it before it’s completely cool.
