White Christmas Mojito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons coconut rum.
02 - A splash of club soda.
03 - 1 ounce of white rum.
04 - Half cup of mint leaves, freshly picked.
05 - 2 tablespoons sugar (regular granulated works best).
06 - 1 tablespoon lime juice.
07 - A quarter cup of canned unsweetened coconut milk.
08 - Crushed ice (as much as you need).
09 - Sugared cranberries for decoration.
10 - 1 ½ ounces of simple syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab two small plates first. In one, pour the lime juice. In the second plate, spread the sugar. Moisten the rims of your glasses with lime juice, then dip them into the sugar to coat the edges. Set aside for later.
02 - Place your fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker along with the simple syrup. Using a muddler, gently crush the mint until it releases a strong and refreshing aroma.
03 - Pour the lime juice, white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk into the shaker. Toss in plenty of crushed ice and shake it all together until it’s perfectly chilled.
04 - Fill the sugar-rimmed glasses with extra crushed ice. Strain the drink from the shaker, pouring it over the ice.
05 - Give each glass a little club soda on top. Finish by tossing in some sugared cranberries for flair, and serve your delicious creation right away!

01 - For a family-friendly option, skip the rums entirely. Just add more coconut milk and some extra club soda for flavor.
