Warm Lettuce Bacon Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 strips of smoky bacon
02 - 4 finely chopped green onions
03 - 1 head of lettuce, cleaned, dried, and shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the green onions into the leftover bacon grease in the pan. Cook for a minute or so until they soften and smell awesome.
02 - Heat up a large pan over medium-high heat and throw in the bacon strips. Flip the pieces now and then for around 10 minutes until they're totally crisp. Let them drain on paper towels.
03 - Toss the lettuce pieces into a wide bowl. Add the warm mix from the pan and lightly stir until everything is coated evenly.
04 - Crumble the bacon on top of the salad and serve right away while it’s all fresh and warm.
